This concept proposes to eliminate commercial and residential growth concerns through re-utilization of current commercial land uses specifically dedicated to parking cars. Car parking is handled through high-capacity parking robots and land devoted to parking cars in reallocated for high to medium density development. This proposal accommodates over 80 years for growth for the city of Riverhead, Long Island, New York up to 70,000 people.
